My wife and I hired Michael Leonard to handle our estate sale at xxxxx Street, Nevada City, CA. There was an incredible volume of belongings in and around our property for he and his crew to deal with. It took many weeks to prepare, and resulted in a sale that took place over 3 weekends, 9 days, total.
Not only were we pleased with the outcome of the sale, we were impressed with Mr. Leonard's thoroughness and openness about the process. He deftly managed the details of sorting, pricing, displaying, advertising...and us! Mr. Leonard, and his crew, were consistently patient, respectful, helpful and attentive to our various questions and requests. There was never a moment when we felt "out of the loop" about what was going on.
